Dan Pleitz

Dan Pleitz was born on July 17, 1950 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has practiced law since 1975 as a general business practitioner. He has served as bond counsel, or in other capacities, in over 500 bond issues. He represents several companies in general business matters. He has represented several healthcare entities in specific problems. He earned a B.A.in History (magna cum laude) from Baylor University (where he also served as student body president) in 1972 and a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law in 1975. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1975 and currently practices with the law firm of Naman, Howell, Smith and Lee, P.C.
